Episode 8: Asking for Help
In this episode, my childhood friend Amanda and I discuss the topic of motherhood as it relates to asking for help. We discuss why we think it’s hard to ask for help, and how it takes a village to raise children. Amanda gives great motherhood advice and share about her experience asking for help during her C-section recovery. We also discuss the nuances of sharing experience versus telling someone what they should do’ in a situation.
